They also taste great mixed with dried or fresh fruit, including dates, raisins, figs, apples, bananas, papayas, etc. They can be smoothed onto rice cakes or bread, and one can make a dressing in a blender by mixing with any of the following: avocados, a little water, garlic, tomatoes, cultured vegetables
